| Baptisms Follow Up: This group contacts families which have recently had a family member baptized, offering congratulations and making them aware of what we have to offer here at Sacred Heart and through ACES/Xavier. |
Bereavement Support: This group offers support to those who are suffering with the loss of a loved one. We are available if you need a listening ear or just need to know someone is there that cares. Diocesan Grief Support Directory |
Adopt-A-Pew This is a program where members of the parish adopt a pew in the church. Then twice a year they polish and clean their adopted pews. |

| Parish Luncheon: September through May we hold a monthly luncheon for the parish members. We open with prayer, followed by a light lunch; we sometimes have a guest speaker and close out the day with Bingo and/or cards. |

| Blanket Ministry Members of the parish and the youth group make non sew fleece blankets. All blankets are blessed specifically for one individual receiving them. |
Bus Trips We offer coach bus trips to a variety of religious and inspirational locations. |
Family Summer Activities We offer a variety of summertime family based activities. |

| National Catholic Speakers The eight Appleton Catholic Parishes bring in a national speaker for a night or weekend talk or retreat. |
